1. Pocono Racing Gear, an online dealer of NASCAR collectibles, located at P.O. box 255 Orefield, Pennsylvania, is giving away one Dale Earnhardt, Jr Citizen Soldier T Shirt on September 30, 2008.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway. The giveaway runs from July 26, 2008 through September 30, 2008. The giveaway is open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older, except for employees of Pocono Racing Gear and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
3. To be entered for this t shirt giveaway you simply need to send an email to Pocono Racing Gear at service@poconoracinggear.com with Citizen Soldier Giveaway written in the subject line. Include in the email your first and last name, mailing address, and your preferred shirt size in choices of medium, large and extra large. Your contact information will “not” be made public. Only one entry per person. The winner will be notified through email.
4. Odds of winning depend upon number of email entrees received. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Shirt size will be medium, large or extra large depending on the individual’s size preference.
5. All income taxes, if any, resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of the winners. Potential winners will be notified by mail. If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
